We assess accessibility through a combination of automated testing tools (axe, Lighthouse), manual keyboard navigation, and screen reader testing (VoiceOver on macOS, NVDA on Windows). We also incorporate accessibility review into our content and design process so new pages meet the same bar as existing ones.
Under AODA's IASR, we maintain a multi-year accessibility plan covering our policies, training, and the removal of accessibility barriers across our digital properties. The plan is reviewed annually. A copy is available on request from [email protected].
If you believe we have not adequately responded to an accessibility concern, you may file a complaint with the Accessibility Directorate of Ontario or contact the Ontario Human Rights Commission.
We update this statement when our accessibility practices change, when we identify new barriers, or at least annually. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
