Services portfolio

Every layer of the IT stack, delivered as a service.

Ten service categories. One accountable team. Pick the layers you need, pay monthly, scale up or down as the business shifts. No kick-off decks that never ship. No handoff to a different team six months in.

01 / 10 · Deepest service category

Voice is where we go deepest. Fourteen specialized sub-services, all live.

Nine of our ten service categories are production-grade or in development. Voice is where we have the deepest practice and the most completed detail work. Below, every sub-service we offer in the Voice portfolio, each with its own dedicated page. The other nine categories follow the same depth over time.

What runs through everything

Four principles that show up in every engagement.

The ten service categories look different on paper. In practice, they share the same operating approach. These four principles are non-negotiable regardless of which service you buy.

Principle 01

Canadian data residency, every service.

Deployment in Canadian regions by default. No US jurisdiction exposure unless you explicitly ask for it. Nine of our regions span six provinces coast to coast.

Principle 02

Compliance built during, not after.

PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, PIPA, OSFI B-13, PHIPA mapped during Phase 01. Evidence trail generated as a side effect of the build, not scrambled together at audit time.

Principle 03

Open-core by preference.

FreePBX, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Nutanix, Proxmox, PostgreSQL. Commercial where it genuinely wins, open-core where it fits. No vendor lock-in by default, no per-seat extraction games.

Principle 04

Ownership transfers to you.

Everything we build is documented so your team can run it without us. If you want to take it fully in-house, we hand off cleanly. If you want us to keep operating it, we do that on a monthly subscription you can cancel.

Technologies we deploy

A deliberate stack, chosen for longevity and ownership transfer.

Open-core where it matters, commercial where it genuinely wins. Every choice is defensible, no architecture-by-vendor-sales-deck. Grouped by what you'd compare against.

01 · VOICE Voice platforms & carriers

Open-core switches we fully control, Canadian carriers for PSTN delivery, STIR/SHAKEN-signed origination.

FreePBX Asterisk FreeSWITCH Kamailio Bell Rogers Telus Videotron Allstream Twilio Teams Direct Routing Zoom Phone
02 · CLOUD Cloud & hosting

Canadian-region deployment on all three hyperscalers plus true private cloud for jurisdiction-sensitive workloads.

AWS (ca-central-1) Azure (Canada Central) Google Cloud (northamerica) Nutanix Proxmox VE OpenStack VMware vSphere Veeam
03 · SECURITY Cybersecurity & identity

Enterprise EDR, SIEM, firewall, and identity. CISA-practitioner-led, selected for actual catch-rate, not quadrant placement.

CrowdStrike SentinelOne Microsoft Defender Fortinet Palo Alto Cisco Umbrella Wazuh Splunk Okta Entra ID
04 · WORKPLACE Workplace & collaboration

The platforms your team already works in, deployed with the tenant hardening and lifecycle hygiene most firms skip.

Microsoft 365 Google Workspace Intune Jamf Slack Zoom Atlassian Notion
05 · AUTOMATION & DATA Automation, data & AI

Workflow automation and analytics with self-hostable options when data residency rules it out of the cloud.

The operating model

Monthly service, standing team, flat pricing.

Every category above runs on the same operating model. You know who is doing the work, what they are responsible for, and what it costs each month. No reconciliation surprises, no change-order theatre.

Not sure where to start?

Tell us the problem. We will say which layers fit.

A 30-minute call with the principal. If one of the ten categories is the answer, we show you how. If a mix of categories, we scope it. If none fits, we tell you honestly.
