13 / 14  VOICE SERVICE

Analytics that answer questions supervisors actually ask.

Volume trends, QA scorecards, sentiment analysis across every call, keyword tracking, agent performance leaderboards, bilingual EN/FR coverage. Reports that drive action, not just dashboards that look impressive in a demo.

  • Every call analyzed, not just the 2% that get manually sampled
  • Automated QA scorecards with calibrated-manual review on flagged calls
  • Sentiment and keyword tracking in Canadian EN and FR, with trend alerts
  • Export anywhere: CSV, API, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, scheduled email

Dashboards are not the point. Answers are.

Most voice analytics products are built to look impressive in a sales demo. Fifty widgets on a single screen, every chart type the designer could think of, drill-downs within drill-downs, color-coded everything. Supervisors look at them for about two weeks and then quietly stop opening the browser tab. The dashboards are not actually answering the questions those supervisors need to answer: why did Tuesday feel chaotic, which agent needs coaching this week, what are callers asking about that we have no good answer for, where is churn risk hiding in the conversations.

We build analytics around supervisor and manager workflows, not visualization taste. QA scorecards that get calibrated against manual review until they produce consistent, defensible scores. Sentiment and keyword tracking in Canadian English and French, with alerts when something trends off-baseline. Agent performance that combines productivity with quality so your best agents are not just your fastest ones. Reporting that exports to the tools your business already uses (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, scheduled CSV email) rather than making you log into another portal.

The output is a weekly operations review your supervisors can actually run, informed by data that reflects what happened on real calls, not sampled extrapolations. If your current analytics product cannot answer the questions you are already asking, that is the problem to solve, not whether the charts animate on hover.

Who it's for

Four scenarios where real analytics pays off.

Not every operation needs deep call analytics. These are the situations where the output drives decisions and the investment is justified.

Regulated QA

You need systematic QA, not sampled

Financial advice, healthcare triage, legal intake, government service. Sampling 2 percent of calls for manual review used to be the standard; it is no longer defensible when every call can be transcribed and analyzed. Automated scorecards flag the calls that need manual attention, with the audit trail your regulators expect.

Agent coaching

Your supervisors need weekly data to coach from

Coaching conversations without data devolve into opinion. QA scorecards per agent, sentiment trending, keyword patterns, specific-call references, the deliverable is a weekly coaching packet per agent that supervisors use directly rather than having to build themselves. Better coaching, less supervisor time spent prepping.

VOC & product

Your product team needs to hear what customers actually ask

Call analytics is the richest source of voice-of-customer data most companies ignore. Keyword and intent tracking surfaces what customers are asking about, confused by, pushing back on, and praising. Product and marketing get aggregated insights monthly, with the ability to drill into specific call recordings when they need to hear the actual customer.

Churn prevention

You want to spot churn signals early

Mentions of competitors, "cancel", "disappointed", "last time I'm calling", sentiment drops across multiple calls from the same customer. Trained models surface these patterns, flag the accounts for retention outreach, and track whether the outreach actually worked. Better churn save rate, less reliance on exit surveys that only tell you after the fact.

How we deliver

Four phases, calibration-driven.

Automated analytics only works if the scoring is calibrated against reality. We bake that calibration into every phase.

PHASE 01

Scope

Week 1

Define the questions your supervisors and managers need answered. QA scorecard categories, keyword lists, sentiment thresholds, report cadences, export targets. Deliverable is a measurement plan.

PHASE 02

Build

Weeks 2-3

Analytics pipelines wired into your call recording and transcription layer, scorecards configured, dashboards built, reports scheduled, BI connectors wired up.

PHASE 03

Calibrate

Weeks 4-5

Run automated QA against manual reviewer scores on sample calls, tune thresholds until automated and manual agree within tolerance. Repeated monthly for ongoing drift control.

PHASE 04

Operate

Ongoing

Monthly calibration refresh, quarterly scorecard review, new-keyword additions as product and operations evolve, supervisor training as the team changes.

Common questions

What buyers ask before committing to analytics.

Direct answers to the six questions we hear most often about call analytics specifically.

Can automated QA really replace manual review?
No, and it should not try to. Automated scoring handles the consistent, objective items (did the agent follow the greeting, did they mention required disclosures, did they close with the mandated verification) across every call. Manual review stays essential for subjective items (empathy, judgement calls, nuanced customer situations). The right pattern is automated scoring on 100 percent of calls, with manual review focused on calls automation flags as outliers or exemplars. That gives you better QA coverage and lets your QA team spend time on the calls where their judgement matters.
How accurate is the sentiment analysis?
On clean call audio in Canadian English, 75 to 85 percent agreement with manual human sentiment labelling at the call level. Canadian French is similar. The accuracy at the specific-moment level (did the caller get frustrated at minute 4:30) is lower, around 65 to 75 percent, which is why we treat sentiment as a trend-and-flag signal rather than a scoring criterion. It is good enough to surface patterns and prioritize review, not good enough to be the sole basis for a performance review.
Do you integrate with our existing BI tools?
Yes. Standard connectors for Power BI, Looker, Tableau, and Metabase ship with the platform. For other BI tools or custom data warehouses, we provide REST API access, scheduled bulk export (CSV or JSON), and direct database replication to your warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Postgres). Reporting lives wherever makes most sense for your organization; we do not try to lock you into our dashboards.
Can we track keywords in Canadian French?
Yes. Keyword and phrase tracking runs on both EN-CA and FR-CA transcripts. For bilingual operations, the dashboard shows combined counts and per-language breakdowns, so you can see when "cancel" and "annulation" are both trending. Custom keyword lists maintained per-language, with the ability to tag related terms (facture / invoice / bill / billing) as a single tracked concept.
Does this require you to also do our call recording?
No. We integrate with existing call recording infrastructure (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Cisco UCCX, Genesys, NICE, your current contact-center platform) and work with your existing recordings. If you also want us to replace or upgrade your recording layer, we offer that as a separate service, but the analytics work does not require it.
How is pricing structured?
One-time project fee for setup, scorecard configuration, calibration, and integration. Monthly fee based on call volume and whether transcription is included (if you already have transcription, that is just an integration; if not, we provide it and bill by audio minutes processed). No per-user fees, no per-dashboard fees, no "AI premium" tiers. Scoped during Phase 01.
Start with the questions

Tell us what you need to answer, we scope the analytics around it.

Thirty minutes with a practitioner, not a sales rep. We will walk through what your supervisors and managers are trying to figure out, then show you what the analytics layer would need to look like to answer those questions.
